Which ChatGPT plan do I need?

Connected Apps work on ChatGPT Plus and above (including Team, Enterprise, Pro). The TwoShot side is free to authenticate; you're billed only for actual generation credits on your TwoShot account — free accounts get credits on signup.

Can ChatGPT share my library with others?

No — the OAuth flow is per-user. ChatGPT can only see what your TwoShot account can see. Library contents stay private even if you share the ChatGPT conversation itself.

What if ChatGPT picks the wrong stems?

Ask it to try specific songs by name or URL — it'll pass those through the twoshot_search_samples or twoshot_import_media tool directly. You can also correct mid-thread and re-run without leaving the conversation.

Can I feed in tracks I don't own?

You can feed any audio TwoShot can fetch — direct uploads, YouTube links, SoundCloud links. Whether you can legally release the resulting mashup is a separate question: the AI doesn't change copyright law. For private listening, learning, and personal remixes, you're fine.

Does this work on ChatGPT mobile?

Yes — Connected Apps work on ChatGPT's iOS and Android apps once set up on the web. The audio output is streamable and downloadable on mobile too.

How long does a mashup take?

Typical two-song mashup: 30-90 seconds from request to finished file. ChatGPT polls the job in the background and tells you when it's done. Longer, more complex multi-pass mashups can take 2-3 minutes.

Can I pipe the output somewhere else?

Yes. ChatGPT can save the mashup to your TwoShot library (default), hand you a direct download URL, or — with Code Interpreter — pull the audio into its own sandbox for further processing.

What if I want to keep iterating after ChatGPT closes?

Everything persists on your TwoShot account. Open the web app, find the mashup in your library, and keep tweaking it in Coproducer or the Studio. ChatGPT is just one entry point.
